Colour Scheme Compiler
I won't be having difficulties choosing colours for web sites anymore, thanks to Color Scheme Tool. It works so simply that it makes Color Wheel Pro look like complicated bloat-ware. But most importantly it produces very nice results based on sound colour theory rules.
UPDATE: I should probably have linked to SitePoint Central to credit them as the authors of Color Scheme Chooser.
UPDATE 2: Another site that makes it easy to choose colours is ColorBlender.com. ColorBlender is far more simplistic than SitePoints chooser, but it really picks some nice colours.

Use "<" and ">" for "<" and ">". Enclosing PHP code in <code> tags will highlight the code (i.e. <code><?php echo 'hello world'; ?></code>).
