Congratulations for this really nice piece of work. It's really very impressing the way you play with brights and transparences. I wish I would be able to do something like that someday.
I also found your "a quick guide to Inkscape" an excellent synthesis of the most important aspects of the program. Very useful for Inkscape-beginners like me.
By the way I made a translation of your Quick Guide into Catalan (my mother language). I did NOT found any reference under which license is released your work. Therefore I beg your permission to publish the translation in the website of Softcatala a non-profit NGO that translates software (mainly free sw) into Catalan.
