Launchy Application Launcher
I mentioned Find and Run Robot very briefly before, an application that allows you to quickly find applications by typing the first few letters into a small application and being presented with a list of matches.
Well, now I've found a much prettier application that does the same job, Launchy. I've only just now installed it, so I can't give a very thorough review. But it works, and if you don't like the look you can install different skins.
If you're running Windows Vista I don't think you need this application, but a mate just showed me Start++ to get more out of your Start Menu in Vista, such as using commands to open music playlists, or search various websites. Start++ appears to have a lot of potential.
