Reluna VS and Bluecurve Cursors
I've been distracted this week with trying to find a nice set of mouse cursors. I use to have a really nice set from my Windows 95 days that were dark-gray with orange trimmings and had 'future' in their name, but I misplaced them.
So this week I found Bluecurve and xFree cursors. These are the first alpha-blended cursors I've seen. The xFree 'working in background' cursor is so smooth, but the set is let down by the over sized 'resize' cursors. So I'm using Bluecurve, which is only let down by the lack of animation. In case you didn't guess from their titles, both cursors are ported from linux.
Also in my travels I found Reluna Visual Style for Windows. This is a collection of 3 styles but I only found 'Bluetiful' appealing. Unfortunately, the author didn't choose to display how the theme looks so you'll have to install it to see for yourself.
Oh, also, check out InterfaceLIFT for some very nice high-resolution wallpapers.
UPDATE: You can find a screenshot of my desktop that shows these elements here.
